Hometrack Data Systems Limited is seeking a data scientist to maintain and improve our Automated Valuation Model for residential valuations. You will work with data scientists, ML engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into ML problems and drive AI capabilities across our product range.

The role requires strong Python, ML experience, and a passion for data-driven valuation improvements within a hybrid London-based setting.

Formación

• Advanced degree in CS/Math/Physics or other quantitative discipline.
• Strong Python experience with stable, scalable code.
• Experience in R&D and the scientific method (hypothesis, experiments, conclusions).
• Experience deploying ML solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with ML lifecycle, MLOps, CI/CD, and version control.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve Hometrack AVM models for residential valuations.
• Research new datasets and ML techniques to improve accuracy and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, PMs and data engineers.
• Translate business needs into data science problems and deliver solutions.
