Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in the United Kingdom to develop and improve machine learning products operating at global scale. You will work with large, real-time datasets and collaborate with analysts, ML engineers, and data scientists to build scalable, measurable solutions for customer acquisition and advertising performance.

The role emphasizes experimentation, rapid iteration, and experimentation-driven impact in a distributed, international team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing data science or ML products from research to production.
• Strong programming skills; write clean, reproducible, well-tested code.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker and SQL.
• Experience with algorithms for sparse, large-scale data: prediction, clustering, outlier detection.
• Experience building neural network based solutions for classification, regression or multi-task learning.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and large-scale optimization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and optimize ML models with new features and data sources.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to research, deploy scalable algorithms.
• Explore data sources to improve performance and create data-driven solutions.
• Research and evaluate ML approaches to optimize product and ad value chains.
• Design, run and analyze A/B tests to measure impact and improve models.
• Build reproducible code and monitoring tools for production readiness.
• Translate business challenges into practical ML solutions with stakeholders.
• Work with a distributed team across regions focusing on innovation and impact.
