You will design experiments, explore new approaches, and translate findings into practical AI capabilities, including distributed training across multiple compute nodes using modern DL frameworks like Python and JAX.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research at senior level.
• Deep understanding of ML theory and reinforcement learning.
• Experience training large-scale models across multiple compute nodes.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python.
• Hands-on experience with JAX and modern DL frameworks.
• Ability to design, run, and interpret ML experiments with statistical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to publish findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied ML research across reinforcement learning, agentic systems, and model distillation.
• Design and execute experiments for training large language models from diverse data.
• Translate research results into practical AI capabilities with engineering teams.
• Collaborate to develop scalable experimentation, training, evaluation and improvements.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical publications and reports.
