Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Data Science experience.
• Strong commercial experience, using data to solve real business and product problems.
• Experienced working closely with Product and/or Growth teams.
• Strong across statistical analysis, experimentation, modelling, and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable taking ambiguous commercial problems and turning them into clear analytical approaches.
• An excellent communicator, able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with experimentation, customer behaviour, growth, or product optimisation.
• Experience operating within a large-scale, data-rich technology environment.
