Job summary

Harper James is expanding its data protection practice and seeks a senior solicitor to lead and grow the team. The role is fully remote with optional meeting space across the UK, and you will shape services for growing businesses.

You’ll combine hands-on advisory work with leadership, developing scalable data protection offerings and building strong client relationships. You will bring 10+ years of PQE, a commercial approach, and a track record of developing people and client relationships in

Qualifications

• 10+ years PQE as a data protection solicitor or senior practitioner.
• Experience leading people and developing services for clients.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Harper James' data protection practice.
• Manage workloads, provide high-quality advice, and develop services.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the practice.
• Develop DPO-as-a-service, DPIAs, data processing and sharing agreements.
