Job summary

Harper James is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join a dynamic, tech-enabled firm. You will lead corporate transactions across a range of clients from start-ups to international businesses, with strong support from a national team and flexible remote working.

The role emphasizes drafting, negotiation, project management and client relationship skills within a collaborative environment that prioritises work-life balance and modern technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work.
• Experience managing corporate transactions independently.
• Experience supporting colleagues on larger or more complex deals.
• A proactive, commercial approach to advising clients.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive and experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, supporting businesses through growth, investment and strategic development.
• Manage transactions independently while collaborating with colleagues on larger and more complex matters.
• Work with the Corporate team and other departments to provide a full-service offering.
• Support clients through funding rounds and governance matters.
