Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, with ability to translate into practical guidance for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in non-contentious data protection work including contracts, supplier management and governance activities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance regulatory requirements with business objectives and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide shared data protection advice and response activities, including incidents, regulatory queries and data protection questions in procurement.
• Lead client and supplier data protection content in contracts, terms and engagement letters.
• Support internal auditing, risk management, and data protection reporting across departments.
