About the job:

Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, collaborate on roadmaps, and define requirements for innovative product launches.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management.
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features.
3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand value propositions.
4. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
5. Ensure timely delivery and quality standards, organizing testing and feedback.
6. Require 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 in a technical role.
7. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
8. Strong organizational skills for managing priorities remotely.
9. Track and report on product KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
10. Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
