Job summary

FSP is seeking an experienced Lead Data Product Manager to join our Data & AI practice. You will work with data engineers, architects and visualization developers to design and deliver strategic data products for clients, combining leadership, delivery, and client-facing responsibilities.

You will own backlogs, manage senior stakeholders, drive delivery, and craft clear business cases to maximise client value.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Business Analyst, Product Owner/Manager or Data Solution Lead in a data-led environment.
• Proven success leading data teams or projects with complex stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication using data storytelling to influence roadmaps and executives.
• Able to read/write SQL, understand data models and explain system behaviours.
• Background in data design, development or analysis with SQL fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own product backlogs, prioritisation decisions, and value realisation outcomes.
• Proactively manage senior stakeholder expectations through transparent communication.
• Lead data product delivery with clear prioritisation, timelines and design decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of client data ecosystem to influence business decisions.
• Assess maturity and opportunities for improvement in data solutions.
• Articulate detailed business logic to non-technical audiences.
• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption.
• Translate requirements into high-quality documentation.
