Job summary

M&G in London is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst within the Data Product function to translate business needs into scalable data capabilities, partnering with stakeholders and tech teams to deliver data products aligned to the asset management strategy.

You will mentor junior analysts, contribute to roadmaps, and apply AI-assisted techniques to accelerate discovery and testing, with flexible working options and a strong focus on governance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to challenge requirements and shape demand.
• Understanding of data governance and data lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Purview).
