Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Business Solutions team. You will analyze and design operational models for product launches and change within Life Investment Office ranges, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, exposure to asset management products, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end operating models and change design.
• Knowledge of asset management products, funds, and lifecycle events.
• Ability to translate requirements into detailed design components.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational model impact analysis and design.
• Collaborate with design leads and stakeholders across functions.
• Ensure scalability, risk, and compliance in new operating models.
• Support onboarding of new processes to Investment Operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
