M&G is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst in London to shape data products and delivery. You will translate business needs into scalable data capabilities, work with data product owners, tech teams and governance partners, and help drive the data strategy with clear ownership and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and exploration, translating findings into product value.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and discovery facilitation.
• Understanding of data product principles and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data tooling like Snowflake and Purview.
• Experience with data governance, ownership, lineage and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define data product needs.
• Design data products aligned to data strategy and governance.
• Shape demand, identify reusable solutions, and accelerate value.
• Develop artefacts: statements, data requirements, acceptance criteria.
• Guide data product roadmap, priorities and OKRs.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote reusable standards.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on data modelling, integration and testing.
