Somerset Bridge Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Data Enrichment team, applying advanced analytics and data science to turn complex data into pricing insight. You will identify opportunities, develop rating factors, and propose rate changes that improve commercial performance while ensuring fair customer outcomes.

Collaborating with Trading, Finance and IT, you will ensure robust, compliant data pipelines and deliver high-quality rate-change proposals.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in pricing techniques, statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
• Experience in Python, R or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the motor/insurance pricing landscape and regulatory context.

• Understand all data available; highlight concerns and propose solutions.
