Job summary

Opencast is seeking a data engineering leader to guide and deliver across the full data lifecycle. You will design, build and modernise lakehouse and warehouse platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure, while mentoring teams and shaping engineering standards.

You’ll work across integration, migration and platform design, collaborating with architects, analysts and client teams to solve complex data challenges and deliver reliable, scalable solutions for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Strong data engineering capabilities across integration, modelling and platform design.
• Experience mentoring and leading teams in client projects.
• Ability to influence technical direction and set engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead data engineering teams across client engagements.
