Job summary

EXL is seeking a seasoned Data Modeller to design, develop and maintain enterprise data models supporting analytics, AI, BI and reporting initiatives. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions that are governed and optimized for performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of industry implementation experience with data modelling tools.
• 8+ years in data architecture/modelling or similar.
• 5-7 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models that support long-term objectives.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Define data strategies, data flows and source-to-target mappings with cross-functional teams.
• Develop metadata, data dictionaries and documentation for governance.
