Qualifications

• Strong advisory skills and stakeholder communication; able to translate complex data concepts for business leaders.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing data governance or MDM solutions.
• Experience identifying and deploying data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Purview).
• Demonstrated project leadership in data management initiatives—catalogs, lineage, quality and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data, analytics and AI strategy, shaping vision and governance benefits.
• Translate complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive data-driven outcomes.
• Define and design data management operating models including roles, processes and governance.
• Enable trusted AI and analytics through data governance, quality and master data management solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, developers, architects and data scientists to embed governance and quality in AI products.
• Lead workstreams, coach juniors and contribute to best practices across accounts.
