Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead enterprise data and AI programmes across Financial Services, combining strategic vision with deep technical credibility to deliver measurable value.

You will own client engagements from strategy through to execution, manage governance, risk and change, and partner with executives to shape investment cases, roadmaps and benefits realization. London, Manchester or Glasgow bases with flexible assignment locations.

Qualifications

• Programme leadership at scale with accountability for outcomes.
• AI delivered into production with live operational use.
• Financial Services experience across banking, insurance or capital markets.
• Hands-on data engineering or ML background to engage with architects.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Proven track record of originating and selling work.

Responsibilities

• Own complex multi-workstream data and AI programmes for major Financial Services clients.
• Manage client relationships, commercials, delivery and team.
• Challenge architecture decisions with credible technical grounding.
• Lead AI strategy, investment cases and roadmaps with executives.
• Define success metrics and ensure measurable business value.
• Ensure governance, security and responsible AI practices in production.
