Qualifications

• Experience in data, analytics or AI transformation through consulting, technology, engineering, academia or industry.
• Ability to translate business challenges and user needs into practical data and AI solutions.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery teams, with an understanding of product development principles including requirements, prioritisation, backlogs and iterative delivery.
• Interest in how Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation can transform business processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI data solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate user needs into practical AI use cases and products.
• Support deployment, adoption and change by translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations.
