Job summary

Capgemini Invent is hiring a Senior Manager to lead enterprise Data & AI programmes for Financial Services clients, blending strategy, data platforms, semantic architectures and agentic AI to deliver measurable business value.

You will own multi‑workstream engagements end to end, shape AI strategy and governance, mentor teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders in a hybrid UK environment with Manchester, London or Glasgow as bases.

Qualifications

• Led complex, multi-workstream data or AI programmes with accountability for outcomes
• Experience delivering AI into production, not just pilots
• Financial Services experience with understanding regulation and value drivers
• Hands-on background in data engineering or ML to peer with engineers
• Experience advising executives and selling work in a consulting environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring of consultants, engineers or architects

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, RFPs, bids and client pitches to win work
• Support practice development through recruitment, campaigns and whitepapers
• Develop and coach a high-performing data & AI team within a consulting context
