Job summary

CAPGEMINI INVENT is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant in London to shape data and AI foundations for responsible analytics. You’ll advise on strategy, drive governance, quality and master data management, and guide data initiatives across client engagements.

You’ll lead workstreams, collaborate with architects and data scientists, and contribute to capability development while supporting business growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Strong advisory skills and stakeholder communication are essential.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing data management, governance or MDM.
• Experience with at least one data governance tool such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Ataccama or Purview.
• Demonstrated project leadership in data management initiatives.
• Ability to define and operationalise data stewardship within governance models.

Responsibilities

• ADV ISE on data, analytics and AI strategy with governance and MDM emphasis.
• Translate complex concepts for senior stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Design data management operating models, roles, processes and stewardship.
• Enable trusted AI and analytics through governance and data quality efforts.
• Collaborate with leaders, developers, architects and data scientists.
• Lead workstreams and coach junior colleagues; contribute to best practices.
