Job summary

Square One Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a London-based data ingestion and transformation contract. The role focuses on designing and implementing a strategic Data Ingestion Pipeline to support multiple datasets, while also redesigning data processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate complex workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Define future-state operating models and workflow designs.
• Analyse current ingestion processes and identify opportunities to simplify/automation.
• Document business requirements, capabilities and dependencies.
• Develop migration plans for legacy platforms and processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple squads and domains.
• Maintain programme artefacts, actions, decisions and dependency tracking.
• Support test planning, business readiness and migration execution.
• Drive accountability and resolution of actions across stakeholders.
• Produce executive-level analysis and recommendations to support programme.
