Job summary

IntaPeople Limited is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme focused on consolidating reference datasets into a single strategic platform and operating model. Mid-Level Business Analyst | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid (2 days p/week in London office)

Reference Data Transformation Programme

Contract: 12 months
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in London
Start: ASAP
Rate: £400-£450 per day, Inside IR35

The Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme focused on consolidating multiple reference datasets into a single strategic platform and operating model.

You’ll work across Product, Data, Engineering and Operations teams, helping to define the future-state processes, capture requirements and support the migration away from multiple legacy datasets.

This is a hands‑on BA role, with a strong focus on data, process improvement, migration and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll be doing

• Document current and future-state processes
• Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Gather and document business, functional and migration requirements
• Support the design of a new Reference Data operating model
• Map dataset dependencies and assess upstream/downstream impacts
