Job summary

Apadmi is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Brighton with hands-on leadership to build cloud data infrastructure, BI tooling, and client analytics products. You will bridge software delivery practices with data platforms, mentoring engineers to raise technical capability while delivering trusted, scalable data products.

You’ll own the technical data platform roadmap, govern data quality, and collaborate with clinical and commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data platforms in cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across clinical, operational and commercial teams.
• Hands-on leadership of engineers, with a focus on quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data platform architecture from ingestion to reporting.
• Mentor engineers and foster disciplined software delivery practices.
• Maintain data governance, QA, and versioned data dictionaries.
