Job summary

Maxwell Bond is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of the data platform, shaping how data supports growth. You will build and evolve ETL/ELT pipelines, models and warehouse architecture while improving data quality and reliability across the business.

You will collaborate with Software Engineering, Product, Data Analysts, Marketing and senior stakeholders to set the technical direction and run production data pipelines on cloud platforms such as Snowflake and AWS.

Qualifications

Strong commercial Data Engineering experience.
Experience running production data pipelines with SQL and Python.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models and warehouse architecture.
Improve data quality, monitoring, testing, performance and reliability across the platform.
Work with Data Analysts and wider teams to build trusted datasets around customers, orders, marketing and commercial performance.
Take ownership of the technical roadmap, identifying technical debt and opportunities to improve the platform.
Provide technical guidance across the growing Data capability and act as the main technical point of contact for Data Engineering.
