Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to advance our AI-enabled, Databricks-based data platform across EMEA/APAC. You will lead architecture decisions, build agentic workflows, and push data quality improvements.

You will work with a team of analytical engineers shaping enterprise-scale data solutions. The role focuses on designing scalable data models, automating ingestion, and maintaining production pipelines while collaborating across regions to drive data-driven decisions in

Qualifications

Around 6 or more years of relevant experience.
Degree in computer science, data science, econometrics, mathematics or physics.
Driven and curious with a track record of solving new problems.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Drive AI orchestration and build agentic workflows for data engineering tasks and CI/CD.
Steward and improve the Databricks-based framework.
Design data models to unify sources worldwide into a coherent shape.
Build data solutions for domains like MDM, geocoding, client mastering and profiling.
Design and implement automated ingestion pipelines from diverse sources.
Own production troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Report on data quality and shipping improvements.
