Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Data Engineer to drive data transformation across EMEA & APAC. You will advance a Databricks-native Lakehouse, build agentic workflows, and own end-to-end data pipelines. The role demands architectural judgment, cross-domain depth, and a hands-on approach to complex data problems.

You will report to a team lead and collaborate with analytical engineers to push the frontier of what is possible in enterprise AI-enabled data platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design scalable data products and data contracts.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving data pipeline issues under pressure.
• Strong SQL skills including window functions and MERGE/UPSERT patterns.
• Hands-on Python/PySpark development and data processing.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Azure data services.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic data engineering workflows and AI orchestration for enterprise scale.
• Steward and incrementally improve the Databricks-based framework.
• Design data models to bring diverse sources into a single shape.
• Create data solutions for domains like MDM, geocoding, client mastering, and profiling.
• Develop and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines; troubleshoot production issues.
• Report on data quality improvements and performance metrics.
