Job summary

Credera is a fast-growing technology and engineering consultancy in the UK seeking engineers who can deliver on diverse client projects. You will build modern data platforms on AWS, using Spark, Python and SQL to support AI/ML workloads, data lakes and lakehouse concepts.

The role blends hands-on work with leadership and client collaboration. You will work in a flexible hybrid model with three days onsite at client sites or Credera offices in the UK.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple complex data engineering delivery initiatives to time, cost and quality with minimal direction.
• Experience building data pipelines with Spark, Python or SQL.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS data and AI/ML services like SageMaker.
• Knowledge of big data and lakehouse platforms on AWS like EMR/Databricks/Snowflake.
• Experience building data platforms such as Data Lakes/Data Meshes.
• Understanding of data security, governance and responsible AI.

Responsibilities
