Job summary

Credera is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive data engineering delivery across client projects in a fast-growing technology and engineering organisation in the UK. You will lead multiple complex data initiatives, build data pipelines, and work with cloud platforms including AWS and AI services like SageMaker.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical strategy, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes on critical client engagements, while continuing to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Lead multiple, complex areas of data engineering delivery to time, cost and quality with minimal direction.
• Demonstrable experience building data pipelines using Spark, Python or SQL.
• Experience with AWS data and AI/ML services such as SageMaker and data lakehouse platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for decisions impacting your area of work.
• Guide teams to deliver agreed scope and mentor engineers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.
