• Extensive track record building consumer digital products in regulated or complex environments.
• Strong ability to translate research into seamless digital journeys for customers.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent judgement, prioritisation, and decision making under pressure.
• Clear, persuasive communication to align global teams around a shared product vision.
• Experience coaching product managers to high performance.
• Knowledge of applying emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance experiences.

• Define and communicate a long‑term product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned to HSBC UK strategy.
• Lead discovery with design, engineering and risk to refine priorities and validate solutions.
