CDP is seeking an Associate Sales Director in London to lead data and channels sales strategies and partnerships. Hybrid role with office attendance at least two days weekly.

You will develop new opportunities, manage top channel partners, and drive data sales to consultants, vendors, and stock exchange partners while guiding a growing sales team. You will negotiate licenses, shape market strategy, and stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory expectations, and customer needs to deliver

Qualifications

• Senior experience in business development and sales within sustainability
• Experience in EMEA essential, APAC desirable
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Regulatory fluency in climate frameworks and standards
• Value-based selling aligned with customer needs

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet business development goals
• Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve objectives
• Manage client relationships with existing and potential customers
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions
• Negotiate licenses and contracts with clients
• Monitor market trends and feedback to shape strategy
• Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting in D365
• Provide regular performance updates to senior management
• Represent CDP at industry events and networking opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture at CDP with clear objectives and feedback
