Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a DCS Senior Project Manager to lead the safe delivery of data centre projects from cradle to grave, ensuring scope, timetables, budgets and quality targets are met.

You will manage client expectations, coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers, and ensure governance, documentation and reporting across the project lifecycle. The role demands strong leadership, risk management and CDM compliance in a fast-paced, critical environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in construction, mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Recognised qualification in project management.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent CDM training).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver projects safely and to time/budget targets.
• Own the full project lifecycle from scope to handover.
• Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Develop, evaluate and bid for project opportunities and tenders.
• Manage relationships with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers.
