Job summary

Ten11 Management Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-value M&E, infrastructure and construction projects in live data centre environments. You will drive projects from inception through to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining highest technical standards.

You will oversee design through handover, manage budgets, risks and health & safety compliance, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to handover.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and supply chains.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major CAPEX and infrastructure projects in live data centre environments.
• Oversee client engagement, scope, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Own programme delivery, budgets, commercial performance and profitability.
• Review RAMS, permits and health & safety plans; ensure compliance.
• Maintain project governance, reporting and quality assurance.
• Support tender processes and bid development.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Produce financial reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
