Job summary

MiCiM is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery for Data Centre and Mission Critical facilities. You will oversee all phases from inception to handover, steer timelines and budgets, and develop comprehensive PEPS while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong leadership, contract knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with senior leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure value-for-money outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership, mentoring of junior project managers and teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong contract knowledge and financial acumen.
• Preferable degrees in PM, Construction or Engineering; qualified by experience also welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all project phases from inception to handover.
• Own and drive project timelines to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement project execution plans (PEPs).
• Manage project team and evaluate performance of all participants.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
• Identify stakeholders, assess their needs, and plan strategies to meet them.
• Oversee project budgets, payment applications, and provide value-for-money guidance.
• Act as primary client contact, representing their interests with the professional team and contractors.
