MiCiM is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery for Data Centre and Mission Critical facilities. You will oversee all phases from inception to handover, steer timelines and budgets, and develop comprehensive PEPS while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong leadership, contract knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with senior leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure value-for-money outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership, mentoring of junior project managers and teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong contract knowledge and financial acumen.
• Preferable degrees in PM, Construction or Engineering; qualified by experience also welcomed.

At MiCiM, we deliver end-to-end project management and construction solutions for the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors, driving excellence through collaboration, innovation, and technical expertise.

We’re expanding our operations in multiple locations across Europe and we're looking for experienced Project Managers to play a critical role in delivering a high-performance Data Centre facilities . You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex project activities.

The Role:

• You will provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives
• Own and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery
• Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence
• Identify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs
• Take charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors

About you:

• You will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion
• Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong contract knowledge & financial acumen
• Degrees Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering subjects are preferable, but we’d also like to hear from you if you are qualified by experience.
• You may already have experience in the Data Centre/Mission Critical sector, but we are also keen to speak to Project Managers in other sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore and Maritime.
