Ten11 seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead live Data Centre M&E and infrastructure deliveries from Croydon to Heathrow. You will manage multiple sites, coordinate contractors and engineering teams, and drive on-schedule completions with safety and quality at the fore.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, budgeting and program control in mission-critical environments, with a hands-on approach to commissioning and handover.

• Review RAMS, permits to work and construction documentation.
• Ensure CDM compliance and health & safety requirements.
• Act as primary site contact for contractors, engineers and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical or programme issues.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with operations teams.
• Maintain project documentation and change control.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects across live Data Centre environments in Croydon & Heathrow.

Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, including M&E installations, infrastructure upgrades and refurbishment works.

This is a hands‑on, site-based position suited to someone who enjoys managing contractors, coordinating engineering teams and delivering projects within operational environments where downtime must be avoided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple M&E and infrastructure projects within live Data Centres.
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialist vendors and installation teams.
• Support senior management with project planning, programme delivery, commercial reporting and client communication.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Review RAMS, permits to work and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and relevant Health & Safety legislation.
• Act as the primary site contact for contractors, engineers and key stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, monitor progress and resolve technical or programme-related issues.
• Coordinate commissioning activities alongside engineering and operational teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including change control, reporting and project close‑out.

Experience Required

We are interested in Project Managers with experience in Data Centres, mission‑critical facilities, M&E contracting, building services, commercial construction or other technically demanding environments.

Experience delivering projects involving any of the following would be advantageous:

• Mechanical and electrical installations
• Critical infrastructure upgrades
• White Space fit‑outs
• UPS, switchgear and power distribution
• Cooling systems and plant replacement
• Cable infrastructure and containment
• Generator installations and commissioning
• Proven experience delivering construction or M&E projects within live operational environments.
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management experience.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and Principal Contractor responsibilities.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and permits to work.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Commercial awareness, including budget management and variations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Building Services or Engineering.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• First Aid at Work.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH.
