Job summary

Radius Consultancy Ltd in London is seeking an experienced operational and strategic M&E Senior Manager to oversee multiple data centre sites. The role demands leadership of technical and facilities teams and strong governance across budgets and SLAs.

You will drive incident/problem management, vendor relationships and ISO/Health & Safety compliance, ensuring SOPs, MOPs and EOPs are followed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L and operating expenses.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and health & safety compliance.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and ensuring SLA delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction across multiple DC sites.
• Lead a team and coordinate with 3rd party facilities management.
• Manage budgets, P&L, OPEX and CAPEX for the sites.
• Drive project management and procurement with SLA adherence.
• Ensure SOPs, MOPs and EOPs are followed by technical teams.
• Support ISO audits (9001, 45001, 14001) and safety compliance.
