Qualifications

• Strong technical grasp of data centre infrastructure and how multiple technologies interoperate.
• Experience in technical sales, presales, solution engineering, or architecture within data centres.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to develop and position integrated data centre solutions for diverse customers.
• Act as a technical advisor translating IT and infrastructure requirements into architectures.
• Develop end-to-end solutions incorporating power, cooling, racks and IT infrastructure.
• Support proposals, tenders, presentations and solution workshops.
• Engage early in sales to influence solution architecture and technical positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and application teams to ensure sound, aligned solutions.
• Create customised solutions where standard architectures fall short.
• Assist customers with AI, HPC and high rack-power-density infrastructure.
