Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in technical business development or pre‑sales in data center power.
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite and lead geographically distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in data center power infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, storage).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales engagement with global hyperscale and MTDC customers to define power architectures.
• Guide a team of power domain experts and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Whiteboard system‑level power designs with customer leadership and engineers.
• Drive early engagement to shape requirements before RFPs.
