Alibaba Cloud is seeking a seniorInfra Operations professional to own regional technical standards for BMS/EPMS/EMS integration and drive standardized monitoring coverage across the region.

You will lead EMS integration projects with colo providers, develop automation tools, and apply cloud-native practices to improve delivery efficiency. Travel internationally up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline (EE, ME, Automation, CS, or related).
• 8+ years of infrastructure operations experience with demonstrated technical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own regional technical standards for BMS/EPMS/EMS integration and monitoring specifications.
• Lead EMS integration projects across regional colocation providers coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Develop integration tools and platform components using cloud-native practices (IaC, CI/CD, observability).
• Serve as regional escalation point for complex BMS/EPMS/EMS integration faults and perform root cause analyses.
• Review and validate automation logic with vendors to meet reliability and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments of regional automation infrastructure and drive mitigation plans.
• Establish regional training programs and share integration best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams on platform roadmap and adapt global policies locally.
