Job summary

Amazon's AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Controls Engineer for Construction (BMS/EPMS) to join our EMEA team, delivering building automation across data centers.

You will co-ordinate with Data Center Engineering Operations, develop control panels, read specs, travel for project execution, and ensure high availability.

We value 3+ years in industrial controls in critical environments and a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience in data center engineering or operations.
• Experience in critical environments (data centers, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deploys and maintains BMS (Building Management System) & EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) across data centers.
• Coordinate with AWS DCEO teams to implement new builds and upgrades.
• Develop control panels and ISA data sheets for sensors and valves.
• Prepare wiring diagrams and control system schematics.
• Inspect, test and commission facility systems.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support other regions.
