Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a Senior Data & BI Developer to strengthen its Data & Insight team. You will own end-to-end data solutions—from data ingestion and modelling to delivering insights to senior leaders and customers.

With ~8 years in data/BI or Power Platform, you will drive semantic modelling in Power BI, SQL optimisation, and API integrations while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, BI or Power Platform environments.
• Strong Power BI experience with semantic modelling and DAX beyond basics.
• Confident SQL skills including views, queries and performance.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or API integrations.
• End-to-end delivery from problem to solution and support.
• Strong communication with department heads and senior leaders.

• Own end-to-end data solutions from source systems to insights for leaders and customers.
• Collaborate with Data & Insight team to build robust BI and automation.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and deliver actionable analytics.
