Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior Analyst in the BDAT team to shape and deliver digital data analytics roadmaps. You will turn engagement data into trusted reporting, reusable data products and insights that improve client journeys and content effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Capabilities & Client Experience, MarTech, Marketing and Technology partners to advance analytics capabilities. You will drive governance, data quality, and measurement frameworks across digital platforms,

Qualifications

Experience with web analytics and digital marketing measurement.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with cloud data and analytics platforms such as Databricks and SQL/Python.
Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience using AI and automation to accelerate insight generation.
Ability to translate business needs into analytics or data product requirements.
Knowledge of asset management data challenges.
Strong communication skills to translate data concepts.
Problem-solving with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of the BDAT digital data analytics roadmap.
Lead management of digital data foundations and data quality controls.
Govern taxonomy across digital channels and reporting definitions.
Establish a scalable measurement framework for A/B testing.
Deliver Adobe page dashboards and analytics outputs for stakeholders.
Contribute to rollout of Adobe Experience Platform with governance requirements.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to analytics.
Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics solutions with goals.
