Job summary

GlobalData seeks a Principal Analyst in Capital Markets to lead research and client-facing initiatives. You will shape the technology research agenda, produce innovative content, and coach junior analysts while engaging senior executives across sell-side and buy-side institutions.

You will contribute fresh ideas, deliver impactful research, and help expand partnerships with media, conferences, and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a top financial institution with tech strategy or delivery responsibilities
• 8+ years in a management consulting or advisory firm focused on capital markets

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the research and client agenda for the Capital Markets sector
• Shape the technology research agenda and annual plan
• Produce leading-edge content and coach junior team members
• Act as a brand ambassador for Celent and influence industry partnerships
• Identify growth opportunities with business development and client service teams
• Ensure data integrity and client confidentiality
