Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Insights Manager to join a major transformation programme in a global consumer goods environment. You will lead data and reporting initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and drive high-quality outcomes across complex data landscapes.

In this role you will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers and technologists to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions, champion data governance and enable informed decision-making across multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, reporting, analytics or BI projects in large organisations.
• Strong project or programme management including planning, stakeholders and risks.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and delivery priorities.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, ideally Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data, reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues to meet deadlines.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure programme objectives are met.
• Promote a data-driven culture by providing trusted business insights.
