Kate Spade New York, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to accelerate growth in the EMEAI region by turning reporting into actionable insights, driving data-based decision making, and championing automation and AI initiatives.

Reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations EMEAI, you will partner with stakeholders to prioritise opportunities, design data-driven analyses, and translate insights into revenue, gross margin and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on analytics experience in retail, eCommerce, or consulting.
• Advanced SQL and ETL capabilities required.
• Strong data-visualisation skills with Tableau or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Centralize data integrity, reporting, tools architecture and training; decentralize insight creation and action.
• Shift from static reporting to insight generation with interactive dashboards and standard reports.
• Conduct large-scale analyses to uncover acquisition drivers, media spend efficiency and revenue growth actions.
