Experis UK is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Insights Manager to lead data integration, reporting and analytics across a major transformation programme. You will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers and technical specialists to deliver scalable data solutions using modern cloud technologies.

The role requires strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and a solid understanding of data platforms, reporting and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, reporting and analytics projects in large organisations.
• Strong project or programme management including planning, stakeholder mgmt and risk mitigation.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and delivery priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of data integration, reporting and analytics across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and data solutions.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
• Support data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure programme objectives.
• Promote data-driven culture by providing access to trusted insights.
