Job summary

Experis in London is seeking a Data & AI Product Owner to lead a major data transformation programme, focusing on AI, analytics and data platform solutions. You will define vision, strategy and roadmaps across a portfolio of Data & AI products and align AI-driven outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Product Owner, AI Product Owner or Data & AI consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, agentic AI, ML and data analytics.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and modern analytics environments.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Data Lakehouse and cloud data platforms.
• Experience delivering AI-driven products in large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, business cases and value realisation activities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data & AI products.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and shape AI, GenAI, Analytics and Automation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
• Lead product discovery activities, business case development and value realisation initiatives.
• Drive prioritisation and delivery of AI use cases including Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, Knowledge Assistants and Intelligent Automation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics and business value outcomes.
• Support product releases and ensure successful stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Present product strategies, investment proposals and programme updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
