You will bridge data science, ML, and statistics to deliver production-ready solutions, collaborating with product and engineering to address ambiguous problems with practical, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applying ML, AI, optimization, or recommendation systems to production problems.
• Strong ability to frame problems and design experiments with clear metrics.
• Experience with large-scale matching or marketplace optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction of algorithmic systems for participant matching.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready models.
• Design, validate, and scale high-impact optimization and recommendation solutions.
