You will partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to define metrics, build dashboards and run experiments, turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyse complex datasets.
• Experience with marketplace, product or operational analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing or experiments and defining success metrics.
• Ability to translate questions into measurable hypotheses and structured analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor and improve marketplace health metrics (supply-demand, fulfilment, quality).
• Analyse marketplace performance: fill rate, time-to-fill, participant availability, quality.
• Define success metrics with product/engineering and measure impact of improvements.
• Analyse experiments to assess effects on matching, ranking and experiences.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to visualize marketplace performance.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to examine marketplace behaviour and surface insights.
• Explore differences across customers, participants, use cases and segments.
• Communicate findings clearly to drive data-informed decisions.
