Prolific is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help us understand marketplace performance, identify gaps between supply and demand, and measure the impact of product and algorithm changes. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to translate data into actionable insights that drive better decisions and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets.
• Python experience for analysis and experimentation is beneficial.
• Experience with marketplace, product or operational data and using metrics to understand behaviour.
• Experience analysing A/B tests or other experiments, including defining success metrics.

Aufgaben

• Define, monitor and improve metrics for marketplace health (supply-demand, fulfilment, quality).
• Analyze marketplace performance and investigate changes in metrics like fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define success metrics and measure impact of improvements.
• Analyze experiments to understand if changes to matching/ranking improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to visualize performance.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to investigate marketplace behavior and surface opportunities.
